When we already encrypted a file with a password so definitely now it should be inaccessible without a password. But in my opinion, this is not a good thing. But everyone can access the files can saw which elements are compressed inside the zip file although he can't extract the file. Now as the file is password encrypted, so it should be visible to anyone.
